The future self that you dreamed about years ago - she's living and breathing right now. As I sit here looking out the window of the house Mark and I bought together, watching the exact view I once imagined in my head, the weight of this moment feels both surreal and inevitable. This is episode 275, and it marks the end of an era for Sincerely, Future You.


After 274 episodes spanning five years through births, launches, travel, and countless life transformations, this conversation feels complete. I've explored every question that burned in my mind when I started, experimented with concepts that have literally changed bank accounts, and watched women take maternity leaves, leave full-time jobs, and release thoughts that were giving them ulcers—all because of ideas we've shared in this space.
